RICK – OWNER

Rick looks after the bookwork behind the scenes and makes sure that the business runs smoothly. He handles all the maintenance and ensures the day-to-day for all pets and staff are pleasant and well welcoming.

HELEN – VETERINARY NURSE

Helen is an experienced veterinary nurse who works onsite. She helps administer medication to any pets that require it. She also monitors the animals to ensure that every guest at Precious Boarding Pets Kennels & Cattery Centre is happy and healthy.

CHELSEA – ANIMAL CARER

Chelsea is a kind and caring animal carer who cares for all the clientele and animals. She maintains the kennels and cattery, cares for the animals, feeds the animals, and manages the clientele. She also works with Helen to administer any medication that the animals might need.

IRENE – SECRETARY

Irene joined Precious Pets Boarding Kennels & Cattery Centre in April 2021. As the secretary, she handles the emails and phone calls.

RICK – OWNER

Rick, alongside Helen has owned and worked at Precious Pets for over 22 years! Nowadays - Rick works offsite for most times, however does manage to work behind the scenes and makes sure that the business runs smoothly. He handles all the maintenance throughout the kennels and Cattery. Rick has recently finished renovating our newly improved Cattery, as well as Bark Park!

Rick also is there to ensure the day-to-day running for all pets and staff are pleasant and welcoming.

You may run into Rick in the office on the odd occasion.

HELEN – OWNER & VETERINARY NURSE

Helen has always had a passion for all animals which has led to running and owning Precious Pets for the last 22 years. Her kindness and dedication has allowed her to win over even the toughest of animals throughout the years!

Helen has taught Animal Care at TAFE for over 15 years. Helens job consists of customer service, animal care and the health and wellbeing of all pets that board with us. She also loves to meet and greet all customers when possible to get that personal, friendly feeling when you enter our kennels.

CHELSEA – MANAGER & ANIMAL CARER

Hi there - I’m Chelsea, I am 22 years old and have been working at Precious Pets since April 2019 and managing since 2020! Precious Pets Boarding Kennels & Cattery is a fabulous facility to work within. Providing care and a safe environment for all animals to stay, whilst you are away! I strive everyday to provide the best care possible for all animals through kindness and dedicated passion.

Chelsea works alongside the other animal carers and maintains the kennels and cattery, cares for the animals, feeds the animals, and manages the clientele.

CAMIRA – OFFICE CONTACT & ANIMAL CARER

Hey there - I’m Camira, 24 years old and a proud mummy to two beautiful little boys, a 1 year old & 2 year old. Precious Pets Boarding Kennels & Cattery is definitely a place I would call home, I started at Precious Pets as a family member of Helen & Rick Bricknell in 2010 helping out doing the odd jobs here and there.

I’m now employed on a causal basis which allows me to care and love your animals the way they should be for the duration of their stay here at Precious Pets.

Rest assured that your animals are left in loving and capable hands with our beautiful team of staff.

AUDREY - ANIMAL CARER

Hi I’m Audrey , I’m 17 years old and I’ve been working at Precious Pets since August 2023.

I enjoying seeing all of my coworkers and Im grateful to have the team we have here at Precious Pets, who care for animals as much as I do. It’s always lovely working with all the dogs and cats here at Precious Pets. Making sure they have an enjoyable and happy stay is my upmost priority!

Audrey also maintains the kennels and cattery, cares for the animals, feeds the animals, and looks after the clientele.

RHIANNON - ANIMAL CARER

Hey I’m Rhiannon, im 24 and I have been working here at Precious Pets since December 2023.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the team and at Precious Pets Boarding Kennels & Cattery. I also enjoy working with all of your Precious Pets on a daily basis. I work Monday-Thursday with all your Precious Pets, making sure they have all they need, are safe and are happy during their stay with us!

Rhiannon also maintains the kennels and cattery, cares for the animals, feeds the animals, and looks after the clientele.
